Dandelion

(Taraxacum officinale) The medicinal use of dandelion root was first recorded in a Tang Dynasty materia medica, the Yaoxing Lun (659 B.C.), and has since been used as a medicinal herb all over the world. It contains high amounts of vitamin A, C, E, and B-complex vitamins. Dandelion root is also rich in other minerals and nutrients like calcium, biotin, choline, potassium, iron, inositol, zinc, phosphorus, and magnesium. Dandelion root can play a significant role in making your hair healthy as well as stimulating hair growth.
